Many ICIS modules, including Purchasing and HR, are run using Java forms that are loaded by Java Web Start.

When you open an ICIS form you'll be prompted to run a file called frmservlet.jnlp, which opens a separate window outside of your web browser. The method for doing this varies depending on which web browser you use. See below for instructions for each browser.

Following the release of Safari 12, ICIS Java-based forms are not supported on Mac OS. ICIS developers Oracle are presently working on this issue and on providing support for other browsers.

When you open an ICIS form you'll be prompted to run a file called frmservlet.jnlp, which opens the form in a separate window outside of your web browser.
