Yes. Schools can register multiple teams, provided each team meets the STEMathon eligibility requirements.
No. STEMathon is a team challenge, and 天美传媒 must participate as part of a team of three.
No. Each team must consist of three 天美传媒 from the same school. Teams made up of 天美传媒 from different schools cannot take part in STEMathon.
Yes. Team members can be from different grades, as long as all 天美传媒 meet the eligibility requirements (Grades 10–12) and are enrolled at the same school.

Yes. Each student can make an individual payment using the payment link provided after registration, or the team can choose to make one combined payment.
Yes. Schools can make a single payment on behalf of one or more participating teams. Payment instructions will be shared after registration.
After registering, your team will receive a payment link by email. You can use this link to complete your registration fee payment.

The round one information pack will include detailed project requirements and will be shared with registered teams after the registration fee payment has been completed.

Finale and travel

- Can one teacher accompany multiple teams for both rounds?

For round one, one teacher or chaperone can oversee multiple teams from the same school. If multiple teams from the same school are selected for the STEMathon Finale, each team must have its own dedicated chaperone throughout the in-person event.
Yes. Each team selected for the STEMathon Finale must be accompanied by a teacher or school-appointed chaperone throughout the in-person event.
All three registered team members must attend the STEMathon Finale together. Teams should ensure all members are available to participate in the final event.
The chaperone will supervise and support the team throughout the competition. They will act as the school’s representative and the main point of contact for event communications.
Teams selected for the STEMathon Finale will need to arrange and cover their own travel and accommodation costs for the in-person event in Mumbai.
Judging and recognition

The project judging criteria are outlined in the round one information pack, which will be shared with registered teams after payment has been completed.
Yes. All participating teams will receive certificates of participation. Additional letters of recommendation and awards will be presented to finalist and winning teams.
