What is happening
The supplier data freeze begins 12 October. No new suppliers can be created in ICIS from this date. Get any requests in before the deadline.
What you need to do
- Submit supplier requests before 12 October, or by 21 September if a Purchase Order is also needed.
- Supplier reference numbers are not changing in Atlas. Migrated suppliers retain their existing ICIS reference.
- You can request new suppliers again from 16 November. Guidance on the new process will be shared before go-live.
