Brought to you by Move in collaboration with the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Centre as part of Women at Imperial Week. This workshop is facilitated by Rodina Daley. ¶Ù¾±²Ô²¹Ìýis a Registered Nutritional Therapist, Health Coach and Phlebotomist specialising in women’s hormone health.
Endometriosis is not just bad periods. It’s a systemic, inflammatory condition that can be deeply painful, exhausting, and at times debilitating, and far too often, it’s misunderstood or minimised.

This session is designed to help you understand what’s really happening in your body, so you’re not left second-guessing your symptoms or suffering in silence. We’ll explore how endometriosis affects multiple systems, what drives pain and inflammation, and practical ways to support your wellbeing both at home and in the workplace.

You’ll learn how to better advocate for yourself, communicate your needs with confidence, and put supportive strategies in place that reduce strain on your body and nervous system.
