I have led policy documents within Australia (New South Wales Substance Use in Pregnancy and Parenting Guidelines, 2024) and internationally (health lead for the 2022 United Nations Office of Drug Control technical report into the long-term outcomes of children with prenatal opioid exposure). I am a key opinion leader, appointed as a commissioner to the Lancet Child and Adolescent Commission into the Future of Neonatology (2025) and the vice-chair of the Ipokrates foundation, a non-profit organisation with the mission to provide affordable education in neonatology around the world.
