Sinead wins poster prize

Sinead McCann, a PhD student from the group won a poster prize at a conference
Sinead McCann won a prize for an outstanding poster presentation at this year's Gordon Research Conference on Bioorganic Chemistry held at the Proctor Academy in New Hamshire in the USA. Sinead presented her PhD work on the development of novel photoswitches - molecules which change their conformation in response to light - which can be used to control peptide helicity and protein binding.
