Implementation of GCP Directive

The Medicines for Human Use (Clinical Trials ) Amendment Regulations, which implement the EU GCP Directive, will come into force on 29 August 2006.

The Medicines for Human Use (Clinical Trials) Amendment Regulations, which implement the EU GCP Directive, were laid in Parliament on 20 July 2006.

The Regulations will come into force on 29 August 2006.
