ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½

This friendly international conference attracts colleagues from around the world intersted in improving the ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½' first year experience.

This year the conference is being hosted by Nottingham Trent University from 9 - 11 June 2014.

There will be two main themes this year:

1. The student lifecycle
- How do we prepare ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ for their new lives at university?
- How do we best deliver new ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½' inductions?
- How do we help ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ to make the transition through the year?
- How do we prepare ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ for subsequent studies?

2. Building a first year experience for international ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½
- With increasing opportunities across Europe, how do we build a first year experience to suit ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ studying beyond the borders of their home country?

Call for Participation
Proposals are welcomed from colleagues around the world.  Guidance and forms can be downloaded from the website.  Submissions will be blind peer reviewed and the closing date for submission is 24 January 2014.
