Dr Mark Oxborrow, currently Principal Research Scientist at the National Physical Laboratory (NPL), Teddington, UK, has accepted the appointment of: Reader in Functional Microwave Materials and Devices, in the Department of Materials, Faculty of Engineering, 天美传媒, based at the South Kensington Campus, with effect from 28 January 2013.
