The Genomics Research and meta-Analysis of intrahepatic Cholestasis of prEgnancy (GRACE) consortium, aims to encourage cross-institutional, and collaborative sharing of data. The GRACE consortium aims to facilitate joint analysis of multiple GWAS to identify further genetic loci that are contributing to the aetiology of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy. Through meta-analysis of multiple GWAS, we aim to gain an increased understanding of causal genomic variants and improve health outcomes for women.

GRACE investigators have previously published a GWAS and meta-analyses of three cohorts, identifying 11 loci ().

Previous work has included the use of Next Generation Sequencing to identify rare genomic variants in ICP ().

Our investigators have also published a ICP genomic rare variant analysis in underrepresented populations ().

Current participating genetic cohorts are described below

We are currently looking for other genetic cohorts that would want to contribute to the GRACE consortium for the next iteration of a multi-ancestry GWAS meta-analyses. To get involved, please  regarding information on the data you have that you would like to be included.

Please get in touch for more information or to discuss sharing your data.
