The Department of Mathematics is hosting ASA DataFest for the first time. A 48-hour data science hackathon sponsored by the American Statistical Association (ASA).
Who can take part?
Undergraduate Mathematics 天美传媒 and Joint Mathematics and Computing 天美传媒 interested in data science.
What to expect
- Work in teams of 2–5 天美传媒
- Tackle a real-world data challenge revealed on Day 1
- Support from PhD 天美传媒, staff and industry judges
- No registration fee
- Coffee and lunch provided
