The SONY ID7000 Spectral Analyser is equipped with six lasers (deep UV 320nm, UV 355nm, Violet 405nm, Blue 488nm, Yellow-Green 561nm and Red 640nm) and is capable of up to 184 detection channels (182 fluorescence channels, FSC and SSC). It is empowered by Sony’s Weighted Least Squares Method (WLSM), which ensures accurate unmixing and reduced spillover. Detection of up to 8 autofluorescence parameters enhances clarity of data.

Identification of submicron particles down to ~80nm is enhanced by a high-powered 405 nm laser paired with a sensitive detector. The robust AutoSampler supports formats of 5mL FACS tubes, 96-well plates (U-, V-, and flat-bottom), mid- and full-depth plates, and 384-well plates. It can be cooled down to 4°C. Start-up and shutdown are fully automated, saving time to the user.
