Life and work are increasingly stressful and challenging for us all. Research shows that self-compassion is a protective factor in a wide range of wellbeing indicators, including psychological health. Self-compassion training enables us to increase our emotional resilience and self-care.

We are delighted to offer a unique online self-guided programme that will provide you with a full understanding of the theory and practice of self-compassion at work. This innovative, user-friendly programme is delivered across four online modules (each less than one hour).
It includes supportive documents, such as a reflective diary, a set of short key tasks, an action plan, podcasts, and full instructions.

The Self-Compassion at Work Programme provides a comprehensive introduction to the science of self-compassion and covers the three core components (Self-Kindness, Common Humanity, and Mindfulness) in an easily understood, practical way.

This understanding will promote your psychological wellbeing and resilience in your immediate environment, both at work and at home.
