Important Notice – Catering Bookings for August 2026 Onwards
Our new 2026-7 catering menus will go live on 3 August. As a result, you cannot book catering online for events taking place from 1 August. See below for more information if you are planning an event.
External Catering Policy
The College has a policy that any events that require catering and hospitality services should use the College's in-house catering service. External catering should only be used if our team cannot accommodate a request. Please read Imperial's External Catering Policy for more information.
Notice – Catering Bookings for August 2026 Onwards
We are currently updating our catering menus, which will go live on 3 August.
As a result, catering cannot currently be booked through Web Catering for events taking place from 1 August onwards.
If your event is scheduled during the first week of August, please contact roomsandcatering@imperial.ac.uk and our team will be happy to assist with your booking
For all other events from 10 August onwards, please wait until 3 August, when the new menus will be available and bookings can be made through Web Catering as normal.
We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience while we complete this update.
Our menus have a great selection of food and drinks and you can book most of the items online for delivery to the South Kensington campus using the. Feel free to contact us if you need any help.
