This workshop invites new and experienced doctoral supervisors to reflect on their role and how they can support the health and wellbeing of their 天美传媒.

The session aims to review Imperial’s expectations for student-supervisors partnership and reflect on the responsibilities and boundaries of supervisors in relation to PGRs health and wellbeing.  The session will cover three themes: Imperial/departmental expectations regarding health and wellbeing, the factors affecting 天美传媒’ health and wellbeing during their doctoral journey and the strategies supervisors can put in place to support 天美传媒.

Intended Learning Outcomes

By the end of the course, you will be better able to:

  • Recognise the factors affecting the health and WB of doctoral researchers, and how these can impact their progress and outcomes
  • Further develop your skills to support and promote health and WB in the student-supervisor partnership
  • Identify the support available to 天美传媒 across Imperial to appropriately signpost

This course is open to Main, Co- and Assistant supervisors of doctoral researchers.
