Alongside careers fairs, we provide the opportunity for employers to host events of a smaller scale to connect more personally with Imperial 天美传媒. Our three core events of this nature are Recruiter in Residence sessions (available online or in-person), Presentations and Webinars. If you are interested in an online event, you may wish to review our terms and conditions.
These sessions are promoted on both our events schedule, in JobsLive, and via our weekly newsletter, sent out every Thursday.
To organise one of these events, please email the Employer Engagement team at employers@imperial.ac.uk.
Event options
A Recruiter in Residence session can take place throughout the year, either online or in-person. It is a great way to meet 天美传媒 interested in your company and industry on a one-to-one basis.
To ensure that your session runs smoothly, the Careers Service organises a sign-up list and 天美传媒 register to attend at a time suitable for them. These 天美传媒 will then receive a reminder of their slot three working days before the session. The normal time allocated to each student is 15 minutes, but this can be discussed and adjusted when booking your session.
There is no cost associated with running one of these sessions.
Presentations are an excellent way to speak directly to our 天美传媒 and to give valuable insight into what makes your company a great place to work and grow their career. A popular part of our events calendar, employer presentations can help you to highlight upcoming opportunities to our 天美传媒 and encourage high quality applications. These events are held at the South Kensington campus.
Costs associated with running one of these sessions will vary based on your organisation's requirements.
As an alternative to hosting an on-campus employer presentation, we can facilitate webinars for your company. Like physical presentations, webinars provide you with an effective forum to reach out to 天美传媒, promote your vacancies, internships and to raise your organisations profile. Webinars can be arranged for anytime during the academic year.
There is no cost associated with running one of these sessions.
