I am a PhD student in the Department of Chemical Engineering at 天美传媒. I use image-based computational methods to examine human trabeculae and their interaction with intra-cardiac flow using biophysical simulations. My research will help provide a framework to quantify and visualize the mechanisms by which structural traits affect cardiac efficiency and performance.
I completed my BSc and MSc in Fluid Engineering at Beijing Institute of Technology (China) and University of Manchester (UK) in 2014, and 2019, respectively. For my master's thesis project, I focused on axial turbine design and evaluated the fluid dynamics in machinery. Then I move on the fluid dynamics in human cardiac for a PhD.
